In this episode the boys bring on the CP Women's Open Tournament Director, Mr. Ryan Paul.
Ryan has worked for Golf Canada essentially since he was a young boy, but took on his premier role in 2017 and he shares with us the incredible highs, like watching Canadian, Brooke Henderson win the event; to the very difficult lows of cancelling the tournament 2 years in a row due to COVID.
We discuss Ryan's family ties to Golf Canada, as his father held a position with the organization for over 40 years. Ryan explains to us what him and his team look for in a championship venue and what the more obscure items needed on that list would be.
He also explains why so many amazing golf courses in Canada, although they are great courses, are not suitable for a professional event of that magnitude.
