Golf Betting Picks - The Honda Classic "The Bear Trap"

Well I will admit after not even coming close to picking the winner last week I sure enjoyed watching the players Championship, to be honest I was hung over and had a snooze and missed Justin Thomas get it done on the last 4 holes.

I can’t pick a bigger favourite this week other than Lee Westwood the guy has been playing lights out and he placed fourth here last year. Okay okay your all saying Westy is too old to beat these young guys, but to be fair it’s not the toughest field this week at the Classic.

2021 Honda Classic Betting Odds (via William Hill)

Daniel Berger 11-1.              Sungjae Im 14-1
Joaquin Niemann 20-1.         Lee Westwood 22-1
Adam Scott 25-1                  Talor Gooch 28-1
Shane Lowry 28-1                 Russell Henley 28-1
Chris Kirk 35-1                     Brendan Steele 40-1
Cameron Tringale 40-1       Cameron Davis 40-1
Rickie Fowler 45-1               Keegan Bradley 45-1
Martin Kaymer 45-1             Dylan Frittelli 50-1
Doug Ghim 50-1

Lee Westwood at 22-1 is a good bet

Westwood has two 2nd place finishes this year and most recently he finished second at the Players. My Second pick has to be the odds to win favourite Daniel Berger, He has one win at the AT&T pro Am, at 11 to 1 he's not a bad guy to put your money behind.

Sungjae Im at 14-1 could pay good too

Next I have to say the IM is would be my third pick he won here last year and has two top ten finishes this year and a 12th place at the American Express. The Honda Classic will be a great test for these golfers this year, it will be interesting to watch the competition without the big names of Johnson, Dechambeau and Rahm.

Let us know what you think about the picks each week and also which golfers you chose. If you need a site I like to use Also we want to hear of your big wins and if you won while picking along side with us. Use the hashtag #fourjackpodcastbets so we can follow how your weekly picks are going!
